Credit Card on File Policy

Clients may elect to keep a valid credit card on file with our practice for payment convenience.

By providing a credit card for secure storage, you authorize Heritage Equine Clinic to charge the card on file for any balance that remains unpaid for more than ninety (90) days from the date of the original invoice. This authorization applies to any charges incurred on your account, including veterinary services, medications, products, laboratory fees, travel or farm call fees, and any other amounts owed to the practice.

The practice may, at its sole discretion, charge the credit card on file for eligible past-due balances without providing additional notice. Although we may attempt to contact you before processing a payment, we are not obligated to do so.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit card information on file remains current and valid. If a charge is declined or the card has expired, you remain responsible for payment of all outstanding balances.

By leaving a credit card on file with Heritage Equine Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Credit Card on File Policy.
